2. Refunds for Digital Products / LMS Courses

• Once a course has been accessed (watched, downloaded, or interacted with), it is considered “used” and is non-refundable.
• If you accidentally purchased a course, contact us within 24 hours for a possible refund (access must not have occurred).
• No refunds will be issued for completed courses or certificates already generated.

3. Refunds for Physical Products (if applicable)

• Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable digital content after access
• Courses with more than 20% progress completed
• Gift cards or promotional offers
